When itinerary, chauffeur-hour, licensing and coverage requirements allow, EPT assigns dedicated chauffeur teams and vehicles across multiple markets. Chauffeurs rotate as coverage requires while the operating standard, communication, privacy and confidentiality remain consistent. The continuity comes from a coordinated team learning the approved preferences, day sheets, call times, credentials, passenger groups, luggage and equipment requirements—not from promising that one chauffeur will drive the entire tour.
Transportation, protective services and armored vehicles remain distinct capabilities. Each assignment is confirmed around the approved passenger group, route, vehicle, chauffeur, communication, privacy and security requirements.

Built Around Day Sheets, Lobby Calls and Approved Itineraries
Passengers, luggage, vehicle assignments, credentials, staging, holding, lobby calls, rehearsals, soundchecks and venue movements are advanced from the authorized itinerary. EPT can work from Master Tour, another approved tour-management platform, a secure portal or an authorized shared itinerary, then route approved changes to assigned chauffeurs and return confirmation through the designated touring contacts.

Advance, Fleet and Service Recovery Across Markets
Each market is advanced around airports or FBOs, hotels, venue access, staging, holding, primary and alternate routes, backup planning and authorized changes. Vehicle planning can include executive sedans, SUVs, Sprinters and mini coaches; armored sedans and SUVs are available by request for qualifying assignments but are not automatically included. Full-size tour buses are not represented as an EPT fleet category.

Confidentiality, Tour Security and Medical Preparedness
Passenger identities, accommodation details and itineraries are limited to personnel responsible for the assignment, with tour-specific NDA procedures available on request. EPT coordinates transportation responsibilities with authorized tour-security leadership; protective-driver, armored and licensed-security support remain separately scoped. Chauffeur and protective-driver readiness can include defensive driving, situational awareness, CPR/AED/First Aid and Stop the Bleed training according to the assigned team and market.
