Is plane-side pickup guaranteed?
No. Plane-side or ramp access depends on authorization from the airport, FBO and aircraft operator, along with any required credentials and local procedures. EPT confirms the permitted meeting location for each movement.
Can EPT monitor schedule changes?
EPT provides 24/7 dispatch coordination to review verified changes and reconfirm affected resources. Changes are not automatic, and availability or response time is not guaranteed.
Can security or an armored vehicle be added?
Protective-driver service, executive protection and armored vehicles are separate scopes. They must be requested, assessed and confirmed independently based on the assignment, location and availability.
