Aircraft-side coordination

Executive Protection Transport can coordinate Plane Side Pick Up with the FBO when requested, operationally available and specifically authorized for the flight. Before arrival, operations confirms the tail number, passengers, luggage, assigned vehicle, chauffeur credentials and the FBO contact or access instructions.
