Executive Protection Transport will attend Tour Connection Nashville 2026 as a Gold Sponsor. The event takes place October 9–10 at Loews Vanderbilt in Nashville, bringing together entertainment travel buyers, tour managers, artist teams, production professionals, hotels and industry partners.
For touring and entertainment travel, ground transportation must stay aligned with changing schedules, venue access, passenger requirements and authorized communication. EPT approaches each movement as a coordinated operation—not simply a vehicle assignment.
Tour Transportation
EPT supports artist, talent, management and production movements across individual dates, multi-city schedules and nationwide touring programs. Our operations team coordinates itinerary updates, airport and FBO transfers, hotel movements, venue arrivals, rehearsals, appearances and production schedules through one accountable point of contact.
Tour Security
Transportation and protective services are separate capabilities that can be coordinated according to the approved scope. When required, EPT can support protective-driver services, licensed security coordination and armored vehicle pathways while maintaining a hospitality-first passenger experience.
Nationwide Coordination
EPT is headquartered in Atlanta and provides nationwide transportation coordination, with worldwide coordination available through trusted partners. This gives tour managers, entertainment travel professionals and production teams a consistent operating relationship across multiple markets.
