Lobby calls, call sheets, rehearsals, soundchecks, show calls, load-in, wrap, load-out and after-show movements are operational deadlines. Vehicle assignments, staging, routes and authorized contacts are planned around the schedule—not treated as ordinary point-to-point rides.

Trust, Privacy and Agency Alignment
Entertainment transportation depends on controlled information and protected relationships. EPT limits itinerary details to authorized contacts, offers assignment-specific NDAs on request, and can use masked passenger-to-chauffeur communications when the approved platform and workflow support them. Travel-advisor commission is available for qualifying bookings under a written commission agreement.

How far ahead should entertainment transportation be booked?
Book as soon as routing, dates and passenger groups are known. Multi-city programs, large vehicles, major events and armored requirements benefit from the longest lead time.
Can EPT work with our existing security team?
Yes. Chauffeured transportation and protective services are distinct. EPT can coordinate the approved transportation plan with the client’s existing security leadership and separately scope licensed protection when requested.
What happens when the schedule changes?
Authorized changes are reviewed by 24/7 operations, then affected vehicle, chauffeur, staging and pickup instructions are updated and confirmed through the approved communication channel.
